Eat to Lose Weight - A 4-Part WEBINAR Series

Join this class right from your desk! Based on basic healthy nutrition, participants will learn about consuming a balanced diet and tips for decreasing caloric intake. Registrants receive group coaching for positive behavior change and will have the opportunity to track their intake via a computer program that provides instant feedback.
