Mailing Lists
When you join the Wellness Program, you will automatically be added to the mailing list. If you are not a Wellness Member but would like to receive the wellness weekly update, please contact Kerry via email (kk253@cornell.edu). She will gladly add you to the wellness mailing list. The Wellness Weekly email includes updates and anouncements directly affecting your membership (i.e. class offerings, special events, pool hour changes, etc.). It also includes announcements of lectures and workshops that are open to the entire Cornell community.
If you participate in group exercise classes, please consider joining the group fitness mailing list. You can add yourself to this list via the CFC website. If you would like to add yourself to this mailing list please click here. The group fitness list keeps you informed about new classes, general fitness, and nutrition news.
