Outreach Meditation/Relaxation and Wellness Courses
Individualized and Available For Your Department
What: 5 week Meditation/Relaxation course for your department or group.
Where: Your location with chairs or couches available.
When: Your schedule of 1 ½ hours per class/ 1 class per week/ 5 weeks for the course.
Morning, noon, afternoon or after work classes – whatever is convenient for your group.
How Many: up to 15 people per course if your space allows.
About the Instructor: Diane Hecht is a licensed Meditation/Stress Management instructor with an MA in Integrated Wellness and Meditation from SUNY. She has been offering meditation and other wellness workshops for the Cornell community through Cornell Wellness, and teaching Mind/Body Connection and Meditation courses for the Physical Education Department since 1997.
Cost and Payment: You may pay by check or cash made out to Diane Hecht. The cost is $75 per hour and may be paid by either the department or by the employees.
