Walk to Run Class

This class meets every Tuesday and Thursday from noon-1:00 p.m. outside of Barton Hall. First class meets Tuesday, April 14. Class ends July 2. Walk to Run is designed to be a fun fitness training class for those looking to transition from walking to running. Gentle training and lots of encouragement will get you ready to jog a 5K in early summer. Registration required. To access on-line registration click here.
