Vegetarian Cooking Class - class full
This class is designed for those trying to increase and diversify their vegetarian meal repertoire. Learn how to produce meals that provide a healthy combination of food groups without including meat. Recipes include dairy, butter and eggs; this is not a vegan class. Fee is $30 for the series, free for Wellness Members. Contact Beth at bm20@cornell.edu for more information.
